Something about myself and why I think I can help you with this,

In my previous role at a startup, I was responsible for setting up the entire hiring process for my team. The reason I was given this responsibility was because my manager knew that I have deep experience in interviewing and have given many (100+) interviews.

Early in my career, I used to interview as a challenge and to understand the hiring process and have an insight on what is the industry standard. (Also to get better offers :P)

This has given me an edge in my career and helped me build the entire hiring process myself and make the process more relevant to the roles we were hiring for.
