I am currently working with Novartis Healthcare as Manager - Advanced Analytics, Insights and Commercial Team. I head the engagement on novel therapies in area of Oncology in the US Markets. Worked extensively on APLD data set, along with order management data. Solutions include Line of Therapy, Market Share, Physician Segmentation, Supply – Demand Optimization, Patient Journey, Catchment Area Analysis. Prior to this I have worked as Engagement Lead with Dept of Health, Government of Andhra Pradesh for population health analytics project. Have lead a team where we use data science to provide a robust and actionable solutions. Our solutions include disease surveillance, evaluation of healthcare delivery programs and gap analysis. Tools used R, Tableau, SQL and Advanced Excel Additionally, this I have co founded a health-tech startup addressing sexual, psychological and relationship health. I have worked as Associate Consultant and product manager at Orbees Medical. My experience at Orbees includes market research, data analysis, strategy development for market development and market penetration for MedTech companies in the US, EU5, Asia, LatAm, EMEA markets. I have been associated with DocAxon, a mobile and web application for practice management of physicians. I have completed my graduation from IIT (BHU), Varanasi, in the field of Chemical Engineering.
