Are you trying to understand what product management actually looks like beyond blog posts, frameworks, agile rituals, and interview prep?
I am a Product Manager with an IIT and IIM background, currently working at a Silicon Valley agentic frontier startup lab. I build intelligence-first, data-heavy, and agentic workflow orchestration products across analytics, operations, and enterprise use cases.
My work is grounded in outcome-driven product strategy, not just delivery mechanics. I operate across problem framing, product strategy, and execution, with a strong emphasis on aligning product decisions to business outcomes such as adoption, ARR impact, expansion, and operational leverage. This includes shaping product narratives, GTM readiness, and pricing and packaging considerations for AI-native products.
I also build agentic product operations. This means designing systems where product discovery, execution, feedback loops, and state management are partially automated and intelligence-driven. I work on agentic workflows that connect product planning, data signals, customer feedback, and execution systems, reducing manual overhead and increasing decision velocity.
At a product level, I build and operate agentic systems that orchestrate data ingestion, analytics, reasoning, decision intelligence, and automated execution across real business workflows in finance, operations, and supply chain. This goes beyond surface-level AI features and focuses on durable systems that compound over time.
In this 1:1 session, we will focus on:
• How modern PM work actually looks in data, AI, and agentic products
• How to think in terms of outcomes, leverage, and system design rather than feature velocity
• How product strategy, GTM, and execution connect in AI-native companies
• How PM roles diverge across core PM, data PM, platform PM, and AI PM tracks
• How agentic product operations change the way PMs plan, ship, and learn
• Which PM skills compound over time and which are largely overrated in practice
This is not an interview prep or template-driven session.
It is a practical, experience-backed conversation designed to help you build clarity, strategic depth, and leverage in your product journey, whether you are exploring PM, transitioning into data or AI-focused PM roles, or operating at the agentic frontier as an existing PM.
Book a session if you want a realistic, no-nonsense view of product management in today’s AI-first, outcome-driven product landscape.
