I’m a founder who built my business from scratch — no playbook, no shortcuts, just real experience, hard decisions, and a lot of learning along the way. That journey shaped everything I do today. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with founders, business owners, angel investors, and mid-career professionals many of whom were navigating defining moments in their business or career. Sometimes it started with a pitch deck, a GTM plan, or hiring strategy. But more often than not, those conversations turned into something deeper: What are we really building? Why now? What’s the best next move really?
