About me

Hii, I’m Krisha Gala (she/her), a Counselling Psychologist based in Mumbai, offering online and offline counselling and psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. At The Therapeutic Space, therapy is a collaborative, humanistic process where you are seen, heard, and supported. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, EFIT, ACT, CBT, Trauma-Informed Care and Humanistic Approaches to help you relieve emotional distress, build coping skills, and foster personal growth. I provide counselling in Mumbai and online worldwide in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and also lead workshops, mentorship programs, and support groups for holistic well-being. My work across private practice, startups, clinical settings, and teaching Master’s students allows me to create gentle, grounded spaces where individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. Sure, you can drive without it, but having guidance makes the journey smoother, helping you navigate obstacles and find the best route forward.
