Reflective Group Supervision for Early-Career Therapists 🌿

One of the biggest misconceptions about supervision is that it is only about discussing “difficult” cases.

In reality, supervision is also about learning how you show up as a therapist — building confidence in your clinical voice, understanding your blind spots, sitting with uncertainty, and learning to think through different perspectives in a more grounded way.

This group supervision space is designed especially for psychology trainees, freshers, and early-career therapists who are looking for a more reflective and supportive space while navigating their clinical journeys.

Unlike large webinar-style spaces, these groups are intentionally kept small and intimate with a maximum of only 6–7 participants per group, so the space feels more thoughtful, interactive, safe, and personally held.

The intention is not just to “teach techniques,” but to help you grow into a more aware, reflective, and grounded therapist over time.
