I hold a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Bethune College, Kolkata, and a Master's degree in Statistics from IIT Kanpur. My professional journey includes working at Accenture and Fractal Analytics, where I've gained experience in statistical modeling, forecasting, business analytics, machine learning, and enterprise GenAI solutions. I can help you with: || Career & Technical Mentoring || Whether you're a student, a fresher, or a working professional, I can help you navigate your Data Science and AI/ML career journey. Having attended numerous interviews myself, I understand the uncertainty that comes with interview preparation, job applications, rejections, and career transitions. I can help you prepare for interviews, improve your resume, communicate your projects effectively, understand practical industry use cases, and build a focused learning roadmap. I also enjoy discussing Statistics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI. || A Safe Space to Talk || Beyond careers and technology, I believe that sometimes we all need someone who will listen without judging us or immediately trying to fix everything. If you're feeling overwhelmed by work, struggling with career uncertainty, dealing with self-doubt, or simply need someone to talk to, I'm happy to offer a warm, empathetic space where you can express yourself openly and work through your thoughts at your own pace. You don't have to have all the answers before starting a conversation. Sometimes, being heard is a meaningful first step. My approach is grounded in empathy, honesty, and practical thinking. Whether we're discussing your next career move or talking through a difficult day, my intention is to help you feel heard, gain clarity, and identify possible next steps. If you're looking for practical career guidance, technical mentoring, or simply a supportive conversation, you're welcome here. Please note: My listening sessions provide peer-style emotional support, not professional therapy, psychological counselling, or medical mental health care.
