I have over 2 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy, cost optimization, growth, and organizational restructuring. Before joining Bain, I worked with VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd., a joint venture of Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, in their International Business functions. I was responsible for the sales and marketing operations, strategic and operational planning, business partner and channel management, and new business development in the West and North-East Africa region. I also completed an E.L.I.T.E. General Management Program internship at Capgemini, where I learned about digital transformation, innovation, and leadership. I hold an MBA degree from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. I am passionate about solving complex business problems, creating value for clients, and learning new skills. I am also interested in social entrepreneurship, sustainable finance, and digital marketing. I have multiple certifications and honours in these domains, such as the IAB Digital Marketing and Media Foundations Certification, the Sustainable Finance Certification from the United Nations, and the Runner-Up prize at the Google Startup Weekend Nagpur.
