Workday Core Compensation Expert

I. Introduction

As a freelance Workday Core Compensation expert, i will provide specialized knowledge and expertise in the implementation, configuration, and management of Workday's Core Compensation module. I work closely with clients to understand their compensation requirements and help them optimize their compensation processes within the Workday platform.

II. Responsibilities

1. Implementation: Collaborate with clients to gather compensation requirements, configure Workday Core Compensation to align with their needs, and ensure a successful implementation.

2. Configuration: Configure compensation plans, grades, salary structures, allowances, bonuses, and other compensation elements within the Workday system.

4. Data Migration: Assist clients in migrating compensation data from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

6. Training and Support: Provide end-user training on Workday Core Compensation functionalities and support clients in utilizing the system effectively.

III. Requirements
