I am a Technofunctional leader who has worked in startups and bigtech. Started from a tier 4 college at a bare minimum level, and then self learned and development focused growth into a senior leader at a big tech. I have pivoted from being a Software Engineer to Solution Architect and now a Business Change Management Leader at one of the most popular big tech. I understand that coding roles are undoubtedly some of the highest paid roles in software industry, but it is not everyone likes. My goal is to guide folks who want to move out of coding without taking a hit on their overall compensation.
