Komaritha comes from Visakhapatnam and is currently working as an Account Manager at Avance Consulting. She handles client relationships and candidate management across locations in the UK & Europe. She comes with a prior experience of 18 months in the domains of Business Development, Strategic Partnerships and Digital Marketing from Shangrila Corporate Services in Mumbai. She is an MBA graduate from IIM Rohtak, majoring in the domains of Marketing & Strategy and OB&HRM. She had done her summer internship at AAIC Technologies as a Business Development Executive where she has connected with various corporates to coordinate L&D activities. Prior to MBA, she had work experience of 5months at Infosys Limited as a Systems Engineer Trainee. She has done her Under Graduation from JNTUK-University College of Engineering Vizianagaram in the Department of Metallurgy. She has done her intermediate at FIITJEE Junior College and schooling at ETASI Timpany School.
