I serve as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at AEREO, India’s leading integrated drone solutions provider. In this fast-paced startup environment, I oversee a multi-crore technology portfolio and lead a pan-India team of over 200 professionals. My responsibilities encompass not just strategic planning and risk management but also the day-to-day operations that include problem-solving and managing critical aspects of operations and finance. Collaborating closely with government departments, civil administration, and private sector leaders, I develop and implement innovative drone solutions that drive progress across various industries. My career began with over a decade of dedicated service in the Indian Army, where I developed expertise in strategic planning, crisis management, and leadership as an Observer Pilot for remotely piloted aircraft systems. Logging hundreds of flight hours across diverse terrains, I led large teams and managed complex logistics, including the successful induction of advanced RPAS equipment. This role required adaptability and precision, as well as the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. A key aspect of my role involves leveraging data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and optimize processes, allowing me to identify areas for improvement and increase productivity. My experience managing the largest drone show in the country underscores my capability in overseeing large-scale events with meticulous planning and execution.
