Also Understanding different perspectives helps you to be more open minded and compassionate. I grew up predominantly in Chennai. I started my career with Fidelity Investments as a QA in Performance Testing team. 2 years later I moved to Thoughtworks where i was a Full Stack QA with end to end responsibilities for delivering the right product to customers. I had played lead QA and Program QA roles enabling organisations bring out quality first product. For more than 2 years now I have been helping organisations and teams as a Delivery Transformation Consultant.
