About me
How about a story? Around a year back, one day my friend and I decided to switch from Microsoft. On the same day, we prepared an Excel sheet and applied to 9-10 companies with referrals. Within few days, I got multiple interview opportunities. But my friend was not getting much calls. I sat with them and refined their resume top to bottom and within few weeks interview calls started coming in. The same repeated during interviews. My ratio of interviews to offers ratio was higher than theirs. I offered some coaching to my friend for prep and how to present their thoughts in the interview and finally we were able to land that offer.
Seeing how my coaching helped, my friend suggested to start this page to help other students and working professionals who are preparing for their interviews. I offer no BS practical guidance on interview prep and how to nail your interview.
