• 2021 - 2024: Senior Lead Data Scientist at Tokopedia, Hyderabad. I’ve had the privilege of leading two ML projects on ranking and recommendation in the Ads domain and managing a talented team of four data scientists.
• 2019 - 2021: Data Scientist at ADP, Hyderabad. I worked on production-level NLP projects focusing on HRMS data, exploring areas like resume parsing, job descriptions, and ATS.
• 2017 - 2019: Data Scientist at DBS Bank, Hyderabad. I joined DBS after coming in 2nd place in their Hack2Hire competition, which ignited my passion for ML hackathons on AnalyticsVidhya and Kaggle.
• 2013 - 2017: Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad. I began my career here in SQL/PLSQL and application support, while also exploring data science through MOOCs on edX and Coursera, which eventually led me to my first R developer role for a GE client.
