Hello, Thanks for visiting my profile! I am a practising doctor interested in the applications of data science to further my accomplished skills in project leadership and management in quality improvement. To achieve and apply these techniques, I am thrilled to be trained by HyoerionDev, who have consistently emphasised continuous responsible, reflective and inclusive teaching practice, which has enhanced my skills in data analysis, visualization, and machine learning. Having led two trust-level quality improvement projects with a principal designer role in the pathology-related algorithmic interventions that were cost-effective and have influenced the management of a catchment population of over 1 million patients and won international awards; I am excited about the possibility of utilising and eventually teaching about the use of trusted established programming languages to develop software related to service-user management. As a medical educator at the World Academy of Medical Leadership (WAML), I organize and teach medical leadership to trainees on FQIM/MRCEM modules, using my 14 years of experience as a medical doctor, having worked in over 20 specialties both within the NHS and the private sector, and including histopathology as a current training post, which has regularly harnessed the power of deep and machine learning in its diagnostic and processing capabilities. I am passionate about improving the quality and impact of medical education and best management in the delivery of healthcare delivery, having achieved qualifications related to these. I believe in a strong work ethic and dedication to the crafts I have chosen to do over the years in order to achieve excellence and confidence. I am truly excited to have the opportunity for recognition for possessing and honing technical skills that will enhance and drive patient care and safety towards greater equity and efficiency of the National Healthcare Service as a whole.
