I am an Industrial Designer turned Design Researcher. I started my career in the development sector designing products for healthcare, built-environment and livelihoods sectors. During my tenure in a corporate consulting practice, I have carried out user research as a part of product and service design projects, Enterprise Resource Planning implementations and process transformation programmes. Consulting, so far has exposed me to Automotive, Pharma and HR & Talent sectors.
