Hi! I’m Khwaish Agarwal 👋 I'm an Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS) at Salesforce, where I previously interned and received a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). Alongside this, I am also a member of the founding team and Chief Operations Officer at Code with Conscience, and also a Member of the Rotaract Club of Bangalore East. I recently graduated from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology with a 9.94/10 CGPA, completing my degree on a 100% Merit Scholarship, with my tuition fully covered for all four years. Previously, I interned as a Data Science Intern at EbixCash, as an AMTS Intern at Salesforce, and an SDE Intern at Amazon (I also earned a PPO from Amazon after my internship but chose to begin my full-time career at Salesforce), working on AI-powered developer productivity and distributed systems. I was a finalist at the India International Women Competitive Programming Championship (IIWCPC) held at IIT Guwahati, sponsored by Jane Street, and I'm also a published researcher with a paper in IEEE Xplore. My core interests lie in innovation and technology (especially those with a social impact). I genuinely enjoy mentoring students, hosting tech sessions, and helping peers navigate internships, projects, interviews, and career opportunities. If you're looking to connect, collaborate, or discuss opportunities in tech, I'd love to hear from you!
