Hi, I’m Khushi - someone who has always been curious about why people behave the way they do, what motivates them, and how environments can either unlock their potential or silence it. That curiosity took me from studying Economics & Mathematics at LSR, to being awarded the Bristol Think Big Scholarship, to pursuing my PGDM at Vedica, and to exploring a wide range of roles across corporates, government, and fast-growing startups. Over the last few years, I’ve worked with MakeMyTrip, EY, NITI Aayog, and multiple early-stage teams leading projects, supporting founders, managing operations, coordinating research, and working cross-functionally across people, strategy, and execution. Alongside this, my six-year journey in theatre shaped a huge part of who I am. As President of LSR’s Dramatics Society, I directed productions, led creative teams, managed conflict, built communities, and learned how to make people feel seen. That’s also where I fell in love with storytelling, a passion I now carry into ghostwriting, coaching conversations, and every space I enter.
