As a psychotherapist with a MA in Counseling Psychology from St. Xavier's College, I am passionate about improving the well-being and quality of life of people. I have gained valuable experience in both online and face-to-face counseling therapy during my PG course fieldwork, working with diverse populations and concerns.
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals to address their mental health issues and personal growth. I have applied my skills to various projects, such as conducting group workshops for the late adult population, observing patients with substance-use and psychotic disorders, and taking in-take sessions with new patients.
My goal is to help individuals feel connected to their mind, body, and social environment and to promote overall well-being.
