About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist based out of New Delhi, and this is my private practice. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad and have been in the field of Mental Health for 5 + years now. My approach is client centred and I practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy along with different psychotherapeutic techniques that might work for the client. This is a collaborative effort and the treatment goals and process is centred towards the needs and lifestyle of the client.
