I also have been a part in conducting Central Statutory Audit of a Nationalized Bank. I have a good hand in Compliances related to Corporate Law. I have been deeply involved in the area of Direct Taxation, conducted Tax Audits, Filled ITR's and replied to departmental notices. I also have helped clients in Process Improvements and Risk Management. Further, I have been always interested in the field of Finance.
