Most people know Khajuraho for its ancient temples and UNESCO-listed monuments, but fewer think of it as a place to live slowly, grow food, and practice permaculture.

Over the last few years, I’ve been based between Delhi and Khajuraho, working on rural living experiments: food forests, water harvesting, soil building, and simple farm stays that let people experience this side of Bundelkhand.

This post is an AMA – Ask Me Anything – focused on rural living and permaculture near Khajuraho. It’s for anyone curious about what it actually takes to live and farm here, beyond the romantic photos and reels.
