I was born and raised in Mumbai and no other city in India teaches you the hustle culture better. The city has shaped how I approach everything in like. It taught me to get things done. That is precisely a skill essential for success in a professional career. I have the fortune of working with established brands like - The Times of India Group, Huntsman Corporation, Goldman Sachs, IMC Trading and now I head the recruitment practice for Tara Capital Partners which is a global multi-strat hedge fund. Through my career, I have worked on alot of projects apart from core recruiting. I have pioneered employer branding for the South Asia region at Huntsman, led DE&I transformation practices at Goldman and built high-performing teams at IMC Trading including managing their campus programs across Tier I engineering colleges in India. Now, I am taking a step further in becoming a well rounded HR professional by extending my expertise to culture building, strategic recruitment and leadership partnering.
