He has experience of about an year with Capgemini working in workforce and capacity planning division with key focus towards talent management, driving organization development initiatives, manage program and projects with strategic mapping for required talent and reskilling, upskill and realignment. Currently he is working with EY as Analyst supporting global clients with the strategy mapping through secondary research.
