The session was really well-structured and insightful. The mentor explained everything clearly and addressed all my doubts patiently. I got practical guidance that I can actually apply, which made the session super valuable. Highly recommended

Had an excellent session. What was planned as a 30-minute meeting extended to nearly 1.5 hours, purely because of the depth and value of the guidance. The discussion around SDE interview preparation and resume positioning was very practical, honest, and tailored to my profile. I received clear action items and insights that I can immediately apply. Really appreciate the time, patience, and genuine intent to help. Highly recommend!

Talking with Kesav bhaiya really gave me a great perspective on where I lack, what I should do to sustain in today's market and become a better engineer! Totally recommended for anyone who feels lost in their life!

Although my current role as a software developer isn’t very technically intensive, he advised me on how to present myself to make a stronger impact in the corporate world and also guided me on other career paths for my growth. He was very friendly and guided me, helping me understand the areas I should work on to improve myself.”

About me

I’ve spent the last several years building distributed systems and DevOps platforms across Microsoft and Cisco — but what’s kept me curious isn’t just the technology; it’s the ecosystem that surrounds it. The software industry is full of paradoxes: we talk about “agility,” yet chase predictability; we design for “scale,” yet struggle with simplicity. Most engineers learn the what — frameworks, tools, patterns — but very few get to see the why: the invisible reasoning, culture, and constraints that drive real-world design. I started studying those “whys.” That journey led me to ideas like Phillip G. Armour’s notion of software as a medium for knowledge — and to the realization that great engineering is really about reducing ignorance, layer by layer. My goal now is to help others navigate this industry with more understanding and less noise — to help you connect the dots between design, teamwork, decision-making, and personal growth. In these 1:1 sessions, we can talk about: The real version of system design — how companies actually evaluate and evolve architecture. Career clarity — understanding what “senior” and “impact” really mean in modern engineering orgs. The craft behind DevOps, distributed systems, and scalable design — how to think beyond the interview. This is not coaching. It’s conversation. It’s an invitation to slow down and see the industry as it really is — not as LinkedIn describes it, but as engineers live it. If you’re curious about the why behind the how, I’d love to talk.
