I have done my graduation in Statistics from Hindu College, University of Delhi. Throughout my career, as a generalist, I've always endeavored to be solution-oriented and build actionable roadmaps to navigate through unstructured problem blocks with the help of critical analysis, project management and creative thinking. During my tenure at D.E. Shaw, I collaborated with the firm’s traders across 10+ trading strategy desks and 3 continents on 150+ critical investment decisions ranging up to $1 Billion. As a part of my regular work, I analyzed business/industry trends, competitive landscape, management, M&A, quarterly earnings, product launches, and customer/franchisee contracts of target investments. I worked in the role of Founder's Office at Foxtale for an year where I directly reported to the Founder in a cross-functional role and worked across departments with the managers in refining the company's long-term and short-term strategies, managing key resources and investor relations. My role required me to either build under tapped channels from 0 to 1, set straight processes or firefight issues that need urgent attention and challenge the existing status quo with innovative and first-principle thinking. I’m currently working as an Analyst in the Investments Team at JSW Ventures, a pre-Series A to Series A+ Venture Capital firm focused on platform and SaaS Investments.
