I am a Human Resource Professional with a penchant for technology. Integrating them into my career objective has been fulfilling at the least. I started with Design Cafe as an HR Executive. Between learning the kinks of a medium enterprise and setting up basic processes, I had learnt quite a bit on what it takes to be a good HR professional. I started at Accenture as a Recruiter hiring for Finance, Procurement, Customer service and Accounting SMEs and Entry level folks. In a year long pursuit that ended in hiring more than 500 people, I then explored the possibility of automation in the recruiting process. Fast forward two years later, I was work with an awarding winning team that is working on Next Gen technology initiation in recruitment processes. The idea to enable recruiters to a point that hiring is a machine while recruiters are your true business partners in adding value to the services offered is very exciting. Now, I am a seasoned Talent Acquisition SME with more than 7 years of experience in both multinational organizations and startups with expertise in Non tech hiring and leading end to end talent acquisition projects especially managing roles that derive cost effective hiring methods, continuous process improvement & commendable stakeholder management, inter team & campus relationships
