About me

Founder and director of Latinas In Tech Madrid. With over a decade of experience in marketing communications for hyper-growth tech environments, I am a seasoned brand MarCom specialist with a passion for social impact. I currently serve as a Director of Membership (probono) at Bloom UK, a non-profit and voluntary community that mentors, networks, and fundraises for Women's Aid. As part of the executive leadership team, I am responsible for creating and overseeing the annual membership engagement and retention programme, as well as leading and developing initiatives that align with Bloom's core purpose and strategy. I am also a Guest Lecturer and Educational Content Creator at two leading EU universities, where I offer talks and seminars on topics such as consumer behavior, digital transformation, internal communications, sport marketing and event management. I leverage my practical knowledge and theoretical case studies to deliver engaging and relevant content for master's degree students and professionals. As a lifelong learner and a values-driven leader, I work to make the world more inclusive and diverse, and to empower aspiring leaders from marginalized groups. I am active in various women-focused groups, such as Latinas In Tech Madrid, which I founded and direct, and UN Women UK, where I serve as a delegate. I am wild about storytelling, building brands, and fueling the customer and employee experience, and I always seek opportunities that expand my skill set and solve complex organizational problems.
