I bring 𝒐𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒎, 𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒎 in my work as a coach, advisor, and facilitator. I founded Stork & Spark to support ambitious, career-driven, expectant parents, as they navigate fertility, pregnancy, parental leave, and return to work. I am formerly a people experiences leader, with a foundation in strategy, operations, and innovation, at healthcare and tech scale-ups, pre and post IPO. With over 15 years of operational and leadership experience in Tech, Healthcare, and Professional Services, I bring a breadth of industry and functional knowledge with deeply honed skills of coaching, leadership development, and negotiation.
