As part of Deloitte SAP Leadership, I wear many hats: I am a Kinetic Enterprise Ambassador, the CTO Council Leader for North America, a co-leader of our SAP Finance Market Offering, the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Innovation leader, and I also manage complex, global, SAP-enabled Digital Business Transformation projects. My responsibilities are tied together by a common thread, of innovation and transformation. In today’s globalized market, innovation, adaptability and transformation have become mandatory ingredients for success. True leadership in such fluid environments requires fostering an inclusive culture and connecting people to holistic designs, so they are empowered not only to walk the same path together but also enjoy themselves on the way. As a part of Deloitte’s SAP practice, I essentially have the same technical skillsets as many of my top-performing peers. However, my faith in producing results through instilling freedom during collaboration is what differentiates me. As a U.S Citizen of Indian origin, I deeply understand the value of multicultural understanding and the importance of inclusion, and these values have been put to good use in my mentoring and coaching activities. While money is a motivating factor in the workplace, it is not what primarily drives me. I have built a family of collaborators within the firm I love to allow people to leverage and learn from each other’s strengths, backgrounds, which will ultimately allow every one of us to grow as a group while delivering phenomenal results for our clients.
