I love to dig into customer problems and act as their representative inside the organization to solve their problems with the help of our product. I focus on key results, empathize with what clients say, and prioritize the requirements of the engineering team based on the business and revenue impact of that feature on various clients. I have enjoyed multiple positions in product management, customer success, engineering, and strategy. My personal, professional, and academic experiences had taught me the following about myself: I can successfully create, scale, and optimize software product portfolios from $2K to $1M in revenue. -I excel at the execution of big ideas within given constraints putting the customer at the center of all. -I always seek data for my decision-making even if my instinct is always right.
