Rich experience in Transmission (Microwave & Mux):  Decent exposure to Nokia, ECI, Huawei, Nortel, NEC Transmission equipment & ZTE, Motorola BTS.  Expertise in reducing downtime, enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment and handling engineers on complex faults & ensuring Service Assurance, Service management & Service Delivery within the prescribed SLA.  Hands-on experience in spearheading wide activities of installation, commissioning, operations & maintenance of Transmission equipment’s.  An effective communicator with excellent relationship, management skills, strong analytical & problem-solving skills.  Experience in NOC Operations & Managing multiple teams in CNOC and taking the responsibility of CNOC operations and maintenance, handling critical mobility and enterprise outages in co-ordination with Teams and necessary escalation to higher ups.  Training and leading a large team, providing discipline and performance feedback.  Knowledge of FTTx, GPON & GIS.
