Kavya is an aspiring Organizational Psychologist, her interest in the field arose when she observed and read about the mental health of Individuals working for Multinational Organisations during Covid 19. The mismanagement of human resources, limited understanding of Human Motivation and lack of proper rewarding systems lead to something called the 'Great Resignation', which exposed these individuals to financial instability and caused losses to these companies. She is currently looking for opportunities in Startups and Firms that are open to boosting employee productivity by focusing on promoting healthier Organizational Culture. After obtaining sufficient knowledge in this field, she plans to pursue a Research-based Masters Degree Abroad in Organizational Management. Currently acting as the HR Manager at the Startup Scholars, a company that she joined as a student was it was in the budding stages of development, post which, she bore witness to the tremendous growth of the Company, Acquisition of 40+ Interns and 20+ Clients. She contributed Tremendously towards this company's growth and Employee Management. On a personal note, Kavya is Interested in Business Collaborations and PR for Fashion, Skincare and Beauty driven companies, She also manages Ms. Masoom Minawala, a visionary in this field. The power of networking and true creativity has enabled Kavya to successfully carry out a multitude of such projects. As a Leader, She's currently heading the Department at the Psychology Association, Gargi College in the Capacity of a Treasurer. She's entrusted with the task of Budget Allocation and Financial Planning, while also guiding the department towards more opportunities, Event management and overall overseeing Student Welfare! She's also a senior Member of Izhaar, the Mental Health Initiative of Gargi College to promote wellness and community harmony, both being endeavors very close to her heart. Her closest, most honest association however lies with QED, the English Debating Society, Gargi College where she Learned various forms of Parliamentary Debating, won notable laurels and fostered younger debators through guidance and Training. Kavya has been Debating for over a decade, and has thorough regard for the Acitivity. Currently looking for more opportunities of Employment and Educational Development.
