For as long as I can remember wanting to be in the creative industry, one thing has remained constant in my journey: I’ve never grown alone. The right conversations, at the right time, have made all the difference. A little about my path - I started out as a design student, went on to intern at a leading MNC, completed my Master’s in Product Design Management, transitioned into a UX role, earned a double promotion, and eventually became a designer for a US-based tech startup - all within five years. But that growth wasn’t linear. There were phases of doubt. Moments of burnout. Breaks I didn’t plan for. Looking back, what made the biggest difference wasn’t talent or luck - it was having someone to talk to. That’s what I want to offer.
