After earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honor's in Economics from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University in 2019–2022, Kavya has worked for more than three years in HR management, US immigration consulting, and sales consulting. She is currently employed as a manager of HR and handling, with responsibilities including end-to-end recruiting, business growth, initiating offers, training and induction, RNRs, HR metrics, performance management, budget forecasting, handling cost control and appraisals, handling exit formalities, administration, vendor management, and employee life cycle management—from hire to retirement. She is also familiar with all the relevant HR toolkits. Having proficiency with computer Software such as Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Word, as well as proficiency with accounting and finance tools and statistics (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, etc.) She is fully capable of managing all HR operations in both India and the US.
