I am a program manager at MyCaptain, an ed-tech company that offers online courses in various domains. I oversee the development and delivery of our UI/UX Design Course, which helps students learn the skills and tools to create engaging and effective user interfaces and user experiences. With over five years of experience as a biology teacher, I have a deep understanding of how people learn and what makes a good learning experience. I use this knowledge to collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and instructors to ensure that our course is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with the industry standards and expectations. I also manage the course logistics, such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, and evaluate the student performance and feedback to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals. I hold a Master's degree in Microbiological Sciences and Immunology from Chikitsak Samuha's Sir Sitaram and Lady Shantabai Patkar College of Arts and Science, Mumbai.
