With experience as UX Researcher & Analyst, my focus is on finding the real user problems & designing delightful products. ..... I have hands-on experience in using generative and evaluative methods for design research since 2016. Practising UX research end to end as a team of one at startups has exposed me to not just various challenges but also the impact and value of user-centered thinking. I’ve learned that numbers alone don't tell the full story & making decisions based on assumptions about users is risky no matter how good you are. So, I strive to bring a disciplined mixed methods approach to get closer to the truth through effective collaboration. The responsibility to ask the right questions before solving for the real world was instilled early in design school. In the pursuit of identifying people’s needs, I enjoyed listening to stories from across communities. These interactions have left me with immense joy and sensibilities that drive my passion for UX.
