In my quest to unravel the mysteries of organizational development, I zipped over for the Organization Development Certification Program (ODCP) and T-Group Sensitivity Lab at ISABS. (Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences)! And for diving deeper into communications I immersed into Self-Expression and Leadership Program (SELP) and Advanced Communication programs at Landmark. Sure, I've aced trainings and certifications, but let me tell you, nothing beats the thrill of navigating corporate terrains firsthand. That's where the real magic happens! My experiences have shaped me, infusing my client engagements with the practical wisdom of someone who's not just read the playbook but has been in the game, danced with different management styles, and surfed the waves of ever-evolving business dynamics. This journey isn't just about climbing the corporate ladder; it's a mosaic of rich professional, cultural, and personal experiences that fuel my passion for consulting, facilitation, and coaching.
