Career Counselling for Students & Professionals

I help students and working professionals in Career Guidance & Counseling with my 3-step process:

1. Pre-career counseling: There is a pre-career guidance form that I send to the client.

The next step is to discuss the form with the client and help them understand why career counseling is important in a scientific way.

Additionally, explain the Psychometric Assessment test, which is the next step.

This can be done both ways - face to face and in an online session.

2. Psychometric Assessment Test: This is to be done online.

I share all the steps to follow with the client and also explain the same in our first meeting.

3. Report Discussion: Then the last step is to discuss the report. Which I do after a gap of 2 days.

In these 2 days, I access the report, study it, and then schedule a session with the client to help him/her understand the complete report.
