Thank you for sharing your invaluable insights and experience as a seasoned PM. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to mentor me across the key dimensions of this role - the technical, business, and people management aspects. Your guidance on navigating stakeholder relationships, aligning diverse teams, and communicating effectively with executives will be tremendously helpful as I develop my own skill set. I've come away with a more holistic understanding of the PM role, and I'm grateful for your generous sharing of expertise.
Had a great consultation call with Kaustubh, where he shared his journey into Product Management. He provided clear guidance on the skills needed and the type of work involved in the role. Kaustubh also gave me valuable advice on how to develop these skills based on my current position. His insights were practical and motivating. I truly appreciate his help!
Kaustubh is a seasoned product management professional and our conversation helped me get valuable insights in breaking into the PM world. He was great at understanding my current skillsets and guided me on how I can leverage them to build robust products from 0-1. I look forward to working on the session takeaways with a customer-first mindset and have future follow up sessions to learn to lead scalable products.
The call with Kaustubh was phenomenal. His knowledge and experience provided so much clarity on product management to people like myself who have limited experience in the space. Very appreciative for the opportunity to get his insights.
The call was super helpful. I was not expecting to have such information in short call. Kaustubh was very clear and smart with answers. Thanks again for the help !
