Kaushik has been practicing Data Science for six years. He is currently leading a search product, SQUARE, at Cognistx. He is passionate about creating a strategy to solve problems that makes a significant business impact. He has experience building Machine Learning pipelines and generating insights for companies including Cognistx, Symantec, Cognii, and Cisco. At Symantec, his work on document sensitivity using NLP is in the process of getting patented. He has exposure to different domains by solving many interesting data-driven problems in HR Analytics, AI in Education, Security, Health Informatics, Compliance, Browsing Behavioral Science, and Business (Product Market Fit and Product Pricing Strategies). He developed multidisciplinary thinking while performing cross-domain modeling, which helped him to create real-world business impact.
