Kausha has always believed that self-improvement is a never-ending journey. This philosophy continues to help her be a better version of herself! Kausha is a solid HR enthusiast and aims to impact people, processes, and business. Currently, she is an OT practitioner at Deloitte USI. Kausha is an MBA gold-medalist from SIBM Bengaluru, specialized in Human Resources. Kaush's current job is about digital transformation enablement, instructional designing, and change management. She started her journey of growth and learning by interning with Legato Health Technologies LLP, HCL Technologies, Nestle India, and Reckitt Benckiser in the HR domain during her MBA. Kausha constantly endeavours to seek out opportunities that make her a versatile individual. This attitude has helped her be an active member of the Music Club and hold a successful position as a Placement Committee Representative for her batch during her undergraduate studies. Additionally, she has been a valued member of the Alumni Committee of SIBM Bengaluru. Throughout her childhood, she has strived to excel academically and actively participate in extra-curricular activities such as debate, extempore, and declamation which has immensely shaped her personality. Additionally, being a part of the school sports basketball team has enhanced her teamwork skills and instilled in her a never-give-up attitude. She has been actively involved with an NGO called KEDI, a school in the Dharampur district of Gujarat focused on educating tribal girls. Her compassionate and empathetic attitude has led her to volunteer at an online mental health counselling platform called 7Cups.
