Kaushal has developed a natuaral balance within him which can be noticed while talking to him.
After listening to me, he shared his suggestions which was mainly related to breathwork, sleep, being mindful and also list of other positive changes which anyone can make a part of their daily habits to become more healthy and conscious.

I’m Kaushal. I help lead and build in a high-growth AI SaaS startup. Work keeps me curious — I spend my day structuring chaos, scaling teams, and hustling hard. That same curiosity shapes how I approach fitness.
I’ve failed plenty times: joining gyms, quitting them, chasing quick results. But over time, I learned to hustle smarter — not just at work, but in how I train, recover, and live. I started reading deeply, experimenting, tracking body metrics, building strength with calisthenics, running, working on mobility, and lately, preparing regularly for HYROX (I am trying to participate & excel in all fitness races happening this year).
For me, fitness isn’t about vanity. It’s about building the capacity to perform my best — in work, in health, and in life — sustainably, holistically, but with the same ambition and energy we bring to our careers.
I’m not here as a coach with a fixed plan. I’m here as someone still exploring, learning, and applying — and who wants to share what actually works.
