I believe in challenging the status quo to render complex problems simple to create meaningful programmes of change. I have 16 years of experience managing clients, am adept operating at board level with multi-national clients and have a wide range of senior industry relationships. Using a combination of behaviour analytics tools and running simulations, I have focused on addressing real problems to deliver tangible benefits. Working with Startups (Bonito, ZestMoney, Jupiter); Enterprises (Apple, Aon, Diageo, KPMG, Volvo); and Funds (Antler, Tomorrow Capital) exposed me to handle a diverse set of problem statements and personalities. My work with Sports teams (Ind. Women’s hockey, U-19 Cricket) helped bring these different worlds together, to test the relevance of my approach, effectively execute the transformation and build a scalable framework for successful integration.
