• I had the absolute pleasure of a career coaching session with Kate, and I can honestly say it was one of the most constructive and energizing conversations I’ve had in my career journey. Kate brought a rare mix of pragmatism, warmth, and deep expertise from her experience at both AWS and Google Cloud. She didn’t just share insights, she broke them down into practical, actionable steps I could take right away. From helping me see how my skills translate into cloud roles, to reframing the Solution Architect position as a true business-value partner, her advice was both eye-opening and empowering. What stood out most was Kay’s ability to cut through the noise and make the path forward feel achievable. She challenged me to think beyond the technical, to focus on customer outcomes, scalability, and long-term impact and gave me the tools to reflect that in my interviews and CV. If you’re looking for guidance that’s not just theoretical but truly actionable, Kate is the kind of mentor and coach who can help you connect the dots and move with confidence. Thank you for giving me HOPE, Practical guidance & new energy to pick up where I left off on my journey to transition to cloud.

• Thanks for being such a patient listener, Kate. I really enjoyed our conversation. Sometimes, all it takes is someone who truly listens and you did just that. You’ve helped rekindle a spark in me and I really appreciate you sharing the valuable lessons from your own journey. It made me think, “If she can do it, maybe I can give it a shot too.” Hopefully, we’ll have the chance to chat again sometime.
