About me

Hi, I'm Kasturi Das. I'm a Consultant Psychologist, psychology educator, and mental health advocate who believes that no one should have to face life's challenges alone. For over 7 years, I've been working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and marital concerns, adolescent issues, emotional difficulties, and life transitions. My role isn't to tell you what to do—it's to help you understand yourself better, discover your strengths, and find practical ways to move forward. I strive to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can speak freely, knowing you'll be heard with empathy and respect. Alongside my counseling practice, I have more than 10 years of experience teaching Psychology and have had the privilege of mentoring students and psychology interns in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Developmental Psychology. I also completed my studies in Community Mental Health from NIMHANS, which strengthened my understanding of evidence-based mental health care and community interventions. I'm a Certified Graphologist, and where appropriate, I use graphological assessments as a complementary tool to gain deeper insights into personality and behavioural patterns. Beyond counseling, I'm passionate about psychology education and academic research. I've worked with students and researchers from universities across the world, helping them produce high-quality academic work while promoting scientific thinking and ethical practice. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to understand yourself better, I'm here to support you with compassion, professionalism, and evidence-based care. You don't have to have all the answers before reaching out. Sometimes, the first conversation is the beginning of meaningful change.
