Hi, I’m Kashish Ranjan — an SDE & ML Engineer working at the intersection of AI, Data Engineering, and MLOps. Currently, I’m part of the AI Ops team at IBM, where I build and support scalable, production-grade AI systems. Previously, I’ve worked as a Data Engineer at Axis Bank and as a Machine Learning Engineer at Curience and Saptang Labs, gaining hands-on experience across real-world business and research problems. Over the years, working on real production systems has given me exposure to challenges far beyond what’s taught in theory. Building and shipping impactful projects has helped me solve numerous practical problems and strengthened my understanding of how ML and data systems actually work in the real world. I was also a RCCAM’23 Finalist at IIT Guwahati, where I focused on applying AI to meaningful, real-life use cases.
