Kashan holds an MBA from University of Montreal (HEC). He also holds the designations of CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) and CTMP (Certified Talent Management Practitioner), as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification.​ Kashan has more than two decades of work experience in a variety of work settings. His expertise extends to providing expert solutions to companies ranging from regional up to global Fortune 500 enterprises. He has served on various boards as an Advisor. He has also mentored various HR professionals participating in CPHR Alberta Mentorship Program. Kashan is the author of 'Authentic and Empowering Leadership' program designed specifically for emerging leaders. He has also developed many other training and certification programs recognized regionally in Canada as well as at a global level by multiple professional associations including CPHR Alberta, CPHR BC & Yukon, CPHR Manitoba, CPHR Nova Scotia, SHRM, and the Council for Six Sigma Certification. Kashan is also on ASQ's panel of experts and provides Lean Six Sigma training to quality management professionals.
