About me

I'm Kartikey. I'm a BTech dropout who decided that not having a traditional degree shouldn't be the reason I stop myself from building a career in technology. I'm still building my own career, so I'm not going to pretend that I have years of corporate experience or a story about working at multiple big companies. What I do have is the experience of figuring things out from a difficult starting point, learning largely on my own, preparing seriously, applying, facing rejection, improving and eventually sitting through 20+ software engineering interviews and interview processes. That journey completely changed the way I look at education. I realised that today, the biggest problem isn't always a lack of information. It's having too much of it. There are thousands of videos, courses, questions, blogs, roadmaps, opinions and people telling you what you should learn. When you're starting out, it becomes extremely difficult to know what actually matters, what doesn't, what to skip and what companies really expect. I've experienced that confusion myself. That's one of the main reasons I started building what I'm building today. MY APPROACH TO EDUCATION I don't want to simply create content and tell people to figure out the rest themselves. I want to do the filtering first. I spend a huge amount of time going through different resources, questions, interview experiences, discussions and industry expectations. Then I take the valuable information, remove the unnecessary noise and put everything together in a structured way. There is an enormous amount of information available online. My job is to find the valuable parts and bring them together in one place. So instead of spending months searching for the right resources, you can spend that time actually learning, practicing and improving. YOUR BACKGROUND SHOULD NOT DECIDE YOUR FUTURE You might come from a Tier-1 college. You might come from a Tier-3 college. You might have a degree. You might be a dropout. You might be starting late. You might not have the right connections. None of those things should stop you from getting access to good education and preparing for a strong career. I've experienced the less traditional side of this journey myself, which is why making quality education accessible is something I genuinely care about. My long-term goal is to help people from different backgrounds prepare for opportunities in technology without feeling that they are already behind because of where they started. HOW WE BUILD THE COURSES I don't create everything in isolation. The content we create is researched deeply and cross-checked with industry professionals who help us improve it and make sure we're focusing on things that are actually useful. And before launching a course, we don't simply record it and put it up for sale. We first give it to around 50 people for free. They go through it. They give us honest feedback. We find out what works, what doesn't, where people get stuck and what needs improvement. Then we make changes. Only after that process and a positive response do we launch it publicly. Because I don't want to sell something just because I created it. I want to know that it actually provides value. WHAT I'M TRYING TO BUILD I'm not trying to create another place where you collect courses and then wonder what to do next. I'm trying to build a place where the entire learning path is already thought through for you. When you decide to learn from me, you don't have to keep going to five different people, ten different courses or hundreds of random resources just to understand what comes next. I'll give you the complete path. I'll tell you what to learn. I'll tell you what to practice. I'll tell you what to build. I'll tell you what to prepare. And if you actually follow what I teach and put in the required work, you will be interview-ready. That's the standard I am building my courses around. You don't need to keep searching for someone else to complete the gaps. Learn from me. Follow the process. Do the work. Get ready for the interview. If I can, you can.
